[BlushyFaceBot] Recent and active viewers endpoints

New endpoints added to lookup viewers by activity (in chat) or recently joined.

Also, a major change made today is that the BlushyFaceBot now creates a new/seperate instance for each channel with its own timers etc, instead of one instance and then join each channel separately.

This means that from now on you need to allow the bot to use your Twitch oauth info to connect to the bot. (need to set up the twitch login first so broadcasters can give permission to the bot to connect )

The reason for this change is because of the Twitch max messages (100 messages for mods per 30 sec, the bot connects to twitch which in turn then joins every channel that wants to use the BlushyFaceBot under the same account. Now, each channel will use their own account which means every channel can have up to 100 messages per 30 sec instead of a combined total of 100 for every channel connected per 30 sec.

I’m not 100% sure if it’s per ip or ip/account so I will have to test this in the upcoming day(s) but it should be per account.
